Affiliate Program Terms

1. Agreement & Program Scope

These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the getdesign.md Affiliate Program. By submitting an application or continuing to participate, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If these Affiliate Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms control only for the Affiliate Program.

2. Eligibility, Application & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it current.
  • We may approve or reject any application at our reasonable discretion.
  • You may maintain only 1 affiliate account unless we approve otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for your account security, affiliate links, and discount codes.
  • Approval does not guarantee traffic, sales, commissions, or continued participation.

3. Commission Rates & Qualified Sales

The standard commission rate is the rate displayed on the Affiliate Program page or in your dashboard. A different rate offered to you in a written invitation or shown in your dashboard controls for your account and is personal, confidential where stated, and non-transferable.

A “Qualified Sale” is a completed, legitimate purchase of an eligible getdesign.md product that is successfully attributed to your active account and for which payment has been received. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal actually paid after discounts and credits, excluding taxes and payment amounts later refunded or charged back.

  • Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, test, free, or duplicate orders do not qualify.
  • Self-referrals and purchases made for your own benefit through another identity do not qualify.
  • Orders placed before your participation or without valid attribution do not qualify.
  • Catalog Pass subscription commissions are limited to the first 12 paid billing periods.
  • Subscription discounts may be limited to the first 3 paid months.

4. Referral Attribution

Your personal referral link may use an attribution cookie for up to 60 days. Your personal discount code may also attribute a purchase to you. Attribution applies only while your account and code are active.

  • When link and code attribution conflict, the affiliate code applied to the completed checkout controls.
  • Otherwise, the most recent valid affiliate referral recorded for that browser controls.
  • Attribution may be lost when cookies are rejected, deleted, blocked, or unavailable across devices or browsers.
  • We do not guarantee that every click or transaction can be tracked.
  • Our records control unless you provide clear evidence of a technical error, and we may correct reporting mistakes.

5. Validation & Payouts

  • Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days to cover refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
  • Approved balances of at least USD $100 are generally included in the next monthly payout cycle.
  • You must provide valid payout information through a supported method such as Wise or PayPal.
  • You are responsible for taxes, declarations, receiving fees, and currency-conversion costs that apply to you.
  • We may request tax, identity, or payment-verification information before issuing a payout.
  • We may withhold, void, offset, or recover commissions connected to an ineligible sale, refund, chargeback, fraud, or violation of these terms.

6. Required Advertising Disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you recommend getdesign.md using an affiliate link or code. The disclosure must be easy to notice, placed close to the recommendation, and written in the same language as the content. A discount code by itself is not a sufficient disclosure.

  • For video, include the disclosure in the video and near the link or code in the description.
  • For posts, Reels, Shorts, newsletters, and articles, place it before or next to the recommendation or link.
  • Use each platform’s paid-partnership or branded-content tools when available.
  • A suitable example is: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link or discount code.”

7. Marketing Standards & Prohibited Conduct

Your content must reflect your honest experience, comply with applicable advertising, privacy, intellectual-property, anti-spam, and platform rules, and must not make claims that would be misleading if made by getdesign.md directly. You must not:

  • Use cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, forced clicks, adware, browser extensions, bots, fake traffic, or other deceptive attribution methods.
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages or use purchased, scraped, or improperly obtained contact lists.
  • Publish fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, false scarcity, unsupported earnings claims, or misleading product claims.
  • Impersonate getdesign.md or register domains, social handles, ads, or pages likely to confuse people about who operates them.
  • Bid on getdesign.md, DESIGN.md, VoltAgent, or confusingly similar brand keywords in paid search without written permission.
  • Publish personal codes on coupon, deal, cashback, or code-aggregation sites without written permission.
  • Modify an approved discount, claim that a code provides a larger discount, or represent an expired offer as active.
  • Place personal data, email addresses, or other identifying information in referral URLs.

8. Brand Assets & Content Review

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved getdesign.md names, links, and brand assets only to promote the Program. You may not alter assets in a misleading way or imply sponsorship, employment, exclusivity, or endorsement beyond your affiliate relationship. We may request URLs or copies of promotional content, require corrections or removal, and monitor compliance. You agree to cooperate promptly.

9. Independent Relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, or partnership relationship. You cannot bind getdesign.md, make commitments on our behalf, or represent that you have authority to do so. You are responsible for your own content, equipment, costs, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.

10. Suspension & Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may immediately suspend links, codes, commissions, or payouts while investigating suspected fraud, abuse, legal risk, or a material violation. After termination, you must stop using affiliate links and brand assets and remove claims that you remain a partner.

Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable after validation unless they arose from ineligible activity or a violation. Provisions concerning payment adjustments, intellectual property, confidentiality, taxes, indemnification, liability, disputes, and records survive termination.

11. Program Changes

We may change eligible products, discounts, attribution methods, rates, thresholds, or Program availability. Material changes will be posted or communicated to active affiliates and apply prospectively unless a change is required to address fraud, security, law, or an obvious error. Continuing to participate after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Already validated commissions are not reduced by a later rate change.

12. Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnification

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, any minimum traffic, conversion rate, revenue, payout, or continued Program availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply to the Program.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless getdesign.md, the VoltAgent team, and their affiliates, officers, and contractors from claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising from your promotional content, unlawful messages, privacy or intellectual-property violations, misleading statements, or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Terms & Contact
